For your initial consultation, you are required to email/post the Intake Form and all relevant medical reports blood tests, list of supplements, medications, a typical daily diet, and any other relevant information you wish to share. This is a vital part of the process to ensure you get the most from your initial consultation.
Follow up - Discussion of Plan
1 HOUR (ONLINE , IN PERSON OR AT THE CLINIC)
You will be provided with a comprehensive evidence-based management plan. This is your personalised action plan. Manuela will explain your comprehensive plan. We highly encourage you to bring along a close family member or caregiver to the appointment for additional support and to remain informed about our recommendations and support plans. It includes a schedule for ongoing check-ups with selected functional testing (if applicable). It provides the best personalised care that is comfortable and nurturing.
