Serves 1, as a dessert course
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water ( or filtered water | tea | spring water)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp organic cacao powder
- 1 tsp cacao butter
- 1 cup (or 2) of berries: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
- 1 handful of soaked cashews (or cashew butter | almond butter)
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina
- goji berries for topping or any frozen berries (I chose raspberries!)
Instructions
Simply blend everything together!
